Returns & No-Refund Policy

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of medical/aesthetic devices and international compliance regulations, we do not accept returns once an order is confirmed, shipped, or delivered.

This includes:

  • change of decision

  • business change

  • clinic closure

  • financing issues

  • operator availability

2. No Refunds

All payments, deposits, and invoices are non-refundable.
Once a unit is allocated or prepared for shipping, payments cannot be cancelled or reversed.

3. Custom & Configured Equipment

Every REMOVO™ system is manufactured, configured, and tested individually per order. Because of this, units cannot be re-sold or re-stocked once prepared for a specific customer.

4. Defects & Warranty

If a device arrives with damage, defect, or malfunction covered under warranty, replacement or repair will be provided in accordance with our Manufacturer Warranty Policy, but refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

5. Cancellations

Order cancellation is not possible after the device has entered production, quality control, or shipping preparation.

6. Buyer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges:

  • professional operator requirements

  • safety guidelines

  • installation requirements

  • maintenance standards

  • regulatory compliance in their region
